By commissioning our services, you acknowledge and agree that we will perform the requested work at your designated location, provided it is safe and accessible for our technicians and equipment.
2. Service Authorization and Scope
- Authorization: You authorize Northstar Truck & Trailer Mobile Service and its technicians to perform the requested repairs and services on your vehicle(s). For extensive repairs or additional work identified during diagnostics, we will seek your approval before proceeding.
- Limitation of Liability: While we strive for excellence in every service, our liability for any damages arising directly from our services or negligence is limited to the cost of the repair work performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to the services provided.
- Exclusions: We are not responsible for damages, delays, or failures in service caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, severe weather, traffic conditions, acts of God, or unavailability of parts.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Estimates: We will provide an estimate for services rendered. This estimate is an approximation and actual costs may vary depending on the extent of the repair and parts required. We will endeavor to communicate any significant deviations from the estimate.
- Payment Terms: Payment for services and parts is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at the time of service or inquiry.
- Late Payments: Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees and collection efforts as permitted by law.
4. Warranty

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service if the on-site conditions (e.g., inadequate lighting, unsafe ground, severe weather) are deemed unsuitable or hazardous for our technicians to perform the required work safely and effectively.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
